Canton Public Library’s mission is Connecting Your Community. Connect Your Summer aims to be an exciting way to bring the community together to share their summer experiences and their summer reading, and to emphasize the library as an important resource for all.

Because Connect Your Summer is the mainstay of our summer library programming, we are asking you to help us learn and improve by sharing feedback about your Connect Your Summer experience. The survey will take about five minutes to complete:

  • If you participated in Connect Your Summer, Take the Participant Survey
  • If you did not participate, Share your feedback
  • If you would prefer to fill out a paper survey, stop by the CYS Command Center in the library to fill out and submit your thoughts

The surveys will remain available until August 28, so tell your friends! Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts with us.

Library cards are available to residents of Canton, MI, and those who work or attend school in Canton. People who are under 18 years old are still eligible to obtain a library card, but must have a parental/guardian consent form. This youth library card will allow you to register your child or teen for programs that require registration.

To expedite the process of getting a library card for your child, you can download this application, fill out the information, and bring your printed and filled application to the Check Out desk on your next visit to the library.
